Shipping of all products are done through USPS and is covered with USPS's insurance program. In the event you receive your item damaged or is lost in shipment, we will utilize all that USPS has to offer to take care of you.

Shipping of all products are done through USPS and is covered with USPS's insurance program. In the event you receive your item damaged, simply email us pictures of the damaged item so we can file a claim with USPS and work to get you a replacement. Since we are a small business, please allow us 3 to 5 days to work on processing any damaged shipment issues.
Shipping Policy - mailing guidelines
Shipping of all products are done through USPS. Most orders are processed within 3-5 days and mailed out within that time frame too. Shipping costs are calculated at the time you process your order. We currently only ship to the lower 48 states. In the event there is a service interruption IE delayed delivery, you agree and understand that once your order is shipped, we are at the mercy of the carrier but will do what we can to make sure your order is delivered. We know things happen, but we ultimately want everyone to be 100% satisfied. Thank you for understanding.
