Grounded Motorsports Standard Return Policy
Here at Grounded Motorsports, we try our very best to ensure you get the product you expect. Each one of our mounts is test fitted and inspecting when making each one. Any issues with workmanship or flaws are generally caught prior to shipping out however we understand an issue may arise from time to time. In the event you are not satisfied with the item purchased, you the purchaser only needs to contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving your item so we can discuss how we can assist you with returning your item. We are a small business so there may be delays in trying to assist, but we will assist you the best we can. All returns must be new and not used, shipped with all original parts and accessories, and in the original shipping box. Since don't have a flat percentage restocking fee for returns due to us being a small business, we simply opt for a flat $50 return fee which includes the cost of shipping. If you the purchaser commit to returning one of our mounts, you the purchaser will be refunded the amount different from what you originally paid less the $50 fee. We will email you a shipping label to print and take to your nearest USPS location and drop off. Upon receipt of the return products, we will initiate your refund. Most refunds back to the original payment method can take 5-10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
Grounded Motorsports pays to insure each product being mailed through USPS so in the event there is a problem such as damage, loss, or theft of the item during shipping, we will work with USPS to replace your item. This can sometimes take a few days or longer to process, but we strive to do our best to work with you the purchaser and USPS to get you a replacement product mailed out as soon as possible. If the product is indeed damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, no charges to you the purchaser will be access as we will work directly with USPS to rectify the claim.

Generally speaking, we will do our best to work with each and every customer who purchases one of our products. Issues arise from time to time, humans are at play from the moment the products are made, shipped, and delivered to your door.

All purchases are subject to a flat $50 return/shipping fee.
